A maintenance agreement from Gore Heating & A/C, Inc can provide you with Two Yearly Precision Tune-ups and Professional Cleanings designed to reduce energy usage, improve equipment performance, prevent breakdowns, and extend equipment life! We currently offer these three types of maintence agreements:

Silver Agreement $160.00 per yr or $13.50 Monthly*** — Two Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings per year. Customer pays all applicable trip charges.

Gold Agreement $200.00 per yr or $16.75 Monthly***— Two Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings per year. Customer pays only a $35.00 trip charge.

Platinum Agreement $285.00 per yr or $23.75 Monthly*** — Two Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings per year. Customer pays no trip charges and is given a one year supply of filters per system annually. *excludes micro power guard media and media filters.
